(01) - THE PROBLEM
The question beneath the brief.
Premium AI voice tools like ElevenLabs are built English-first and priced for Western markets. For Indian creators, businesses and developers, that creates two walls:
- Cost — per-character pricing gets expensive fast for high-volume use like IVR, support agents and content dubbing.
- Language gap — Hindi, Punjabi and other Indian languages are treated as an afterthought, with flat pronunciation and unnatural prosody.
- Agent complexity — building a voice agent that actually talks to customers usually means stitching together 3–4 separate services.
India has hundreds of millions of non-English speakers and almost no voice infrastructure built for them.

(02) - THE BUILD
Less noise. More signal.
I designed and built Clarivo end-to-end as a solo founder.
Product & frontend
- Designed the full product UI in v0, then refined it into a production Next.js + TypeScript app.
- Built a clean studio flow: pick a voice → write or paste text → generate → download or deploy.
- Name and brand built around clarity — a calm, premium interface that doesn't feel like a dev tool.
Voice engine & agents
- Text-to-speech pipeline tuned for Indian languages beyond English, focusing on natural pronunciation and rhythm.
- Voice agent layer so businesses can deploy a talking assistant without wiring multiple services together.
- Backend and integrations built to handle generation jobs, user accounts and usage tracking.
Positioning
- Priced as a cheaper alternative to ElevenLabs without cutting the quality bar.

(03) - THE RESULT
Work that moves.
- Shipped a fully working AI voice platform and agent, solo, from idea to production.
- Multilingual voice support with a focus on Indian languages, not English-only.
- Positioned at a lower price point than global competitors.
- Patent filing planned to protect the core approach.
