AYURA started with a face serum I was already selling by hand to people who kept coming back for it. The line was growing - shampoos, face scrubs, more on the way - but there was no real storefront behind it.
Personal care is a trust purchase. People want to know what is in the bottle, who made it, and whether it is right for their skin before they pay. Most small brands either sit on a generic marketplace listing or a template store that looks like every other one.
The goal: a store that feels like the product - clean, calm and honest - and makes buying as easy as messaging me directly.

I built AYURA end to end as both the founder and the developer, so every decision was tested against real customer questions.

- Brand system - a soft, natural visual language so the site feels like a skincare shelf, not a tech product
- Mobile-first checkout flow, because most of my early customers found the product on their phone
- Fast by default - optimized images and lean pages so product photos load instantly
